Term & Conditions:
1) Above rates valid till 31 December 2014, but subject to change without prior notice due to hotel and transport rate escalations not in our control.
2) For child rates 90% with bed & breakfast and 70% without bed & breakfast on above rates,Child age 3 to 11 years,below 3 years is free. However the child rates vary hotel to hotel and so please check with us for exact rates.
3) For every 15 paying guests, 1 pax will be free of charge, subject to maximum 4 pax free-of-charge for a group size 65 & above.
4) The rates are nett and non-commisionable
5) No refund for any unexpected cancellation of attractions due to weather or any other unforeseen situation beyond our control
6) Payment 30% upon confirmation, and balance 70% at least 1 weeks before guest arrival
7) Cancellation policy: Over and above any hotel's cancellation charges, we will deduct 15% of package cost if cancelled 2 weeks before arrival date, deduct 25% if cancelled 1 week before arrival, 50% if cancelled 3 days before arrival and 100% if cancelled 2 days & less before arrival.
